Is it really free?
Yes. Arvik is fully free right now — no limits on invoices, clients, or PDF downloads. A paid plan with team features may come later, but current use stays free forever.
Why pick Arvik over other invoicing tools?

How do I sign in?
Type your email — we send you a one-time magic link. Tap the link in your inbox, you're signed in. No password to set, no password to forget. Same flow on every device: open Arvik, enter your email, tap the link. Your invoices follow you everywhere you sign in.
Where is my data stored?
In our database in AWS Frankfurt (EU), hosted on Supabase. All data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and travels over TLS 1.3. Authentication is magic-link only — we don't store passwords. You can export your full data as JSON or delete your account in one click from Settings.
Can I use it on multiple devices?
Yes. Sign in with the same email on any device — phone, tablet, laptop. Your invoices sync automatically. No QR code to scan, no link to copy, no app to install. Just your email.
Can I export or delete my data?
Anytime. Settings → Export gives you a clean JSON file with every invoice, client, and setting. Settings → Delete account wipes everything in one click — invoices, clients, profile, account. No "contact support to delete", no waiting period. Self-serve, instant.
Is there VAT support?
Yes. Add your company's VAT number and your client's VAT number. The VAT rate is editable on every invoice (default 24%, change to whatever your country uses). VAT and registration number show on the PDF following standard invoice format.
How do I send the invoice to my client?
Click "Save & Download PDF" — the file downloads instantly. Then attach it to an email from your normal email client (Gmail, Outlook). We keep it intentionally simple: your email stays under your control.
Can I add my logo and IBAN?
Of course. Settings → upload a logo (PNG or JPG), fill in your company info, bank and IBAN. Everything shows on every invoice PDF automatically.
